FREE LANGUAGE ARTS LESSON - “Fluency Rubrics for Grades 2-6”

These Fluency Rubrics are designed to give you a score to represent the whole picture of a student's fluency. Scores include ratings for prosody, automaticity, and accuracy, rather than just one portion of the three. Use these rubrics with your existing cold reads to give a more accurate picture of how fluent students truly are.

Each day of the week includes 6 different ways to practice spelling the day of the week.

TIPS FOR USE
I will make a laminated set of these sheets for each student. Using a dry erase marker spices up the activities when students need a change from the paper and pencil task.

Number Sense: June is a complete learning game to enhance the concept of numbers: one thru twelve, evolving around the theme of the GARDEN. Number Sense involves matching the cards to their appropriate number. The cards include dice, ten frames, dots, number word, objects to count. and tally marks. The activities can be used as file folder games, work mats, and as individual worksheets. After completing the activities assessment sheets are included as blackline printables, and it also includes a blank master work mat for creating your own activity.

This essay writing checklist is a wonderful tool that can be provided for students to help guide the essay writing process.
