Have your students create their own Valentine's Day cards for their classmates, friends, loved ones. Why spend money on boxed sets when they can make them personal?
As an added educational twist, tie it to the unit you are studying. Make them literature-related, or from a time period in history, or have them use scientific or mathematical terminology. Examples of each are included!
Four pages of templates included. Just print and distribute. Students can create on the page, cut, and give away.
This isn't just for the little ones - your high school students will enjoy this assignment, even if it is related to the content. It allows them to think creatively AND do something nice for others.
