FREE MISC. LESSON - “Social Skills | Informal Language Assessment for Peer Relationships”

by Looks Like Language
2nd - 12th Grade

When your students lack higher level social language skills, it can be difficult for them to be successful in peer interactions or group assignments. This informal assessment can help you define specific areas of need and show progress.
Included are:
* A short questionnaire to informally assess your students' language for politely offering and accepting opinions, disagreeing, explaining point of view, apologizing, negotiating and compromising.
* A rubric for informal measurement of these skills.
If you love this free informal assessment, please take the time to provide feedback! Kind words keep me motivated and are much appreciated.
