This 2-page file (printable PDF & Google Drive version) includes a blank form and a completed sample to serve as a model for students. The sample is from my students’ study of Edgar Allan Poe’s short story “The Cask of Amontillado,” but you could use the blank worksheet with ANY book or short story.
This activity is designed to work with fifth graders through high school seniors.
