Here's a free worksheet/handout that goes along with the novel The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins. It's included with my complete unit, along with tons of other activities, quizzes, tests, and more. This activity has students thinking about the difference between the food the district citizens eat & the food the Capitol people eat. It forces them to think about the themes of starvation & survival. Answer key is included.
Also included are lesson extension activities for a service project for your students and a bonus handout for students with directions to access the Scholastic Hunger Games online games to play.
