Use this free Graphic Organizer in Early Societies to 1500 CE in Grade 4 Ontario Social Studies. It works for any Ancient Civilization in your Social Studies or World History class to help your students organize information to be able to more easily compare and contrast two or more societies of the past. Complete one together with the class. Students complete one copy for each civilization studied or researched, allowing them to organize what they have learned in the same format so they can more easily see similarities and differences.
This resource is intended to be printed on tabloid paper, sized 11" by 17", but you could print each half on regular letter paper if you need to. There is extra space in the left margin of that page of the PDF for 3-hole punching and then it can be folded (roughly in half) so that it can be stored in students' binders.
