FREE MATH LESSON - “Tracking Data using Tally Marks”

Turn a common class interruption into a fun and engaging learning experience! Keep Track of the birthday cupcakes students bring to your classroom throughout the year! As a Great First day of School Activity, have students estimate! Next, find a spot in your room to display the sheets and keep a tally throughout the year! You can track by flavor as well! Get creative with it! Of course, you’ll celebrate with CUPCAKES at the end of the year! Perfect for 1st and 2nd grade, but your 3rd and 4th graders will LOVE this as well!
