Encourage students to think creatively about themselves and the back-to-school season with these three brain-boosting activities. The activities are designed for whole-group, small-group, and individual completion.
Included in the file are the following:
*If I Was Game: Students take turns completing "If I Was..." prompts that reflect their personalities. There are 18 prompts included.
*If My Life Was a Novel Activity: Students reflect on their life experiences and assign them to a literary genre. Students explain their choice and design a cover for their "life novel" on the included template.
*Back-to-School Categories Game: Students try to come up with creative answers for each back-to-school category in this Scattergories-inspired game. There are two game lists and one sheet of alphabet letters included.
